Implement safety awareness programs, communicate safety issues, correct safety related problems, and assist with safety investigations. Conduct performance evaluations on team members Proactively and regularly develop and manage performance and capabilities, based upon company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Reviewed downtime reasons, quality concerns, and safety issues and utilize 5 whys, and RCA to determine root cause and drive continuous improvement Review line efficiencies and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the manufacturing team to determine action items. Managed up to 70 team members to support manual packaging operations for Mix Pack, international can repack and quality inspections. Developed, provided and coordinated on the job training to personnel. Reviewed and developed standard operating procedures regularly to ensure safety, quality and production. Conducted ordering of all non-inventoried items and implemented tracking to ensure facility had everything needed to operate.
