Drove creative vision and strategy of men's product for the Joeone Brand and its 3,000+ stores, concessions and outlets
across China. Conceptualized and designed seasonal collections that complement the Asian market. Modernized and elevated the company's brand profile while remaining true to the brand identity and mission statement.
• Hand-selected to optimize design cohesion across categories by encouraging teamwork cross-departmentally.
• Oversaw two senior reports directly; indirect responsibility for 25 design staff and 40+ technical/PR/marketing staff.
• Partnered with marketing, production, merchandising, tech and fabric development to enhance brand identity.
• Presented seasonal wholesale/retail lines to CEO's, Senior Management, Merchandisers and Direct-to-Consumer Buyers.

2003 through to VP of Menswear Design in 2013. Worked with the menswear team through a period of innovation and rapid growth for the company, starting with $300M in annual revenue and culminating in $900M.
• Inspired, managed and mentored a team of 16+; indirect responsibility for additional freelancer and intern teams.
• Developed design concept and strategic direction across all product lines to elevate the brand in line with Armani vision, including outerwear, denim, knits, and accessories on a global level.
• Worked closely with SVP/EVP & executive team to identify and take advantage of market opportunities.
• Traveled extensively to Milan to fit and present seasonal collections directly to Giorgio Armani and Milan leadership.
