Drive garment concept, design, and development to grow “Project Rock” line for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to $170 mil in 2022. Streamline women’s business in FW24 to maintain $40 mil target with reduced style count by maximizing signature garment fit blocks. -Design and manage Men’s & Boys Train & Run Apparel +$600 mil category of good through best level tier product for Flagship Retail, DTC, and SMU’s. Research consumer, and competitive trends, drive concepts and processes, and ensure product remains innovative and competitive at target margin. Designer for Men’s & Boys Training and Sportstyle Apparel. -Designed and managed Warmups, Fleece, and Performance Training Shorts categories, managing +100 styles Per season from concept, through Tech Pack, BOM, Fit samples, to PP. -Work with cross functional partners to execute product that represents the brand while working in multiple seasons in a compressed calendar. -Apparel Design SME for 3D Integration program. Collaborated with 3D Integration team to establish processes, implement workflows between Design, TD, and overseas vendors, and build company strategy for 3D utilization and optimization. Created 1st digital prototypes for new styles when fittings and vendors were inaccessible during the Covid-19 shutdown. Utilized 3D to streamline process to reduce sampling for block based styles. -Worked directly with founder Kevin Plank to design custom product for Tom Brady, the “Greatest Tee” franchise. -Doubled the Train Short business at DTC to $70 million from SS20 to SS21 by implementing performance specific construction details and new silhouettes.
