Senior Designer and Team Manager for Men’s & Women’s Project Rock Apparel, and Men’s and Boy’s Performance (Train & Run) Apparel. 
-Design and Manage Men’s Gym and Lifestyle apparel, Women’s Gym, Bras and Lifestyle apparel for Project Rock  category from concept to production. Drive garment concept, design, and development to grow “Project Rock” line for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to $170 mil in 2022. Streamline women’s business in FW24 to maintain $40 mil target with reduced style count by maximizing signature garment fit blocks.
-Design and manage Men’s & Boys Train & Run Apparel +$600 mil category of good through best level tier product for Flagship Retail, DTC, and SMU’s. Research consumer, and competitive trends, drive concepts and processes, and ensure product remains innovative and competitive at target margin. Manage and mentor team of designers to meet design deliverables.
-Lead redesign of Vanish Apparel franchise, growing Vanish Short to 1.8 mil units in all channels in FW24, becoming top purchased short by Dick’s Sporting Goods for 2024. 
-Utilize 3D Design Software and off-calendar samples to present design concepts to leadership and retail stakeholders with compelling visual aids, increasing design style adoption by 25% each season.


Designer for Men’s & Boys Training and Sportstyle Apparel.
-Designed and managed Warmups, Fleece, and Performance Training Shorts categories, managing +100 styles Per season from concept, through Tech Pack, BOM, Fit samples, to PP. 
-Work with cross functional partners to execute product that represents the brand while working in multiple seasons in a compressed calendar.
-Apparel Design SME for 3D Integration program. Collaborated with 3D Integration team to establish processes, implement workflows between Design, TD, and overseas vendors, and build company strategy for 3D utilization and optimization. Created 1st digital prototypes for new styles when fittings and vendors were inaccessible during the Covid-19 shutdown. Utilized 3D to streamline process to reduce sampling for block based styles.
-Worked directly with founder Kevin Plank to design custom product for Tom Brady, the “Greatest Tee” franchise.
-Doubled the Train Short business at DTC to $70 million from SS20 to SS21 by implementing performance specific construction details and new silhouettes.

Designer II

Designer for cut and sew Apparel. Oversee apparel collection from initial line direction, conception and creation, all sample stages to bulk production.
Initiated and organized procedures for Fitting, Sampling, Fit and Wear testing,Tech Pack creation, and assist in developing initial Production Calendar. Manage Tech Packs, CADs, and fabric, trim, and packaging materials development.
Conceptualized and executed design for trade show booth displays for 2015 & 2016 trade show circuit. 
Work with Magpul Core team to execute products suited for consumer needs. Organize product photoshoots including prepping garments and booking models to create assets to web and sales.
Also over see Design, Merchandising, and Production of cut and sew and custom tees for graphic men's and women's tees program. Create merchandising visual aids for Tees and cut and sew.
Created original garment specs and oversee fittings. Create and implement internal QC standards.
Produce samples for fabric wear testing and predevelopment by means of pattern making and sample sewing.
Convey market and industry trends as well as R&D.
Liaison between contracted designers, contracted development personnel, and internal teams.

Lead Apparel Designer

Designer for Men's Military-Tactical (Miltac) Apparel: Oversee creation and direction of apparel from conception to post production. Manage designs, specs, fit, and market research for collection. Work closely with merchandiser and key accounts to build product for customers needs. Designer for Men's Golf, including assisting in producing product for sponsored athlete Bubba Watson
Designer for Men's Lifestyle Fleece and also assisting in design and tech pack upkeep and CAD sketches for Men's Lifestyle for Knits, Wovens, Bottoms, and Jackets.

Designer I

Focus designing on fleece and outerwear categories (also assist in designing/maintaining wovens, bottoms, sweaters, cut & sew knits, and accessories) create tech packs, organize line sheets, and also collect design inspiration. Special collections designed for with include OTW Collection, Cali Collection, Vans for DQM, and Vans Triple Crown of Surfing as well as product designed for pro longboarder Joel Tudor and pro surf trio the Gudauskas brothers. Work with graphics team in creation of graphics and creating tech packs for printable cut and sew. Work with developers on garment details and approving/specking samples.Work with materials team on sourcing/developing new trims and fabric. Create pitch sheets for new fabrics (plaids, stripes, engineered color blocks, etc). Approve lab dips/trim submits/graphic strike offs/fabric looms. Assist merch team in creating mock up sketches for presentations and for line sheets.

Assistant Designer

Assisted Men's design team in fittings, fabric/trim choosing, inspiration shopping trips, and company presentations.
Created and maintained tech-packs for multiple seasons. 
Designed glow-under blacklight knits and fleece for collaboration with Disney for Hurley Tron Collection.
Participated in designing woven and cut and sew knit shirts for the Summer and Fall 2011 collections.
Participated in Hurley i-10 group project on the Young Contemporary team. Presented mock business plan of revamped Hurley YC line to C.E.O.'s and C.F.O.'s from Hurley, Nike, and Disney and awarded first place out of six teams.
