In My Own Words
I’m currently transitioning from my role in higher education, where I’ve spent over a decade teaching communication studies, to explore new opportunities in sales and marketing or learning and development. With a background that includes both leadership and sales experience, I am excited to leverage my expertise in relationship management, onboarding, and retention to drive success in a new capacity. I am actively seeking opportunities in relationship/account management and/or sales and marketing where I can help build strong, effective teams, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
What I do best:
💬 Interpersonal & Persuasive Communication: Building rapport quickly and influencing outcomes is my strong suit, whether in the classroom, with clients, or in team settings.
🔥 Problem-Solving Under Pressure: I excel in high-pressure situations, known for “putting out fires” and turning challenges into opportunities.
📈 Leadership & Development: I use a “scaffolded” approach to instruction and development, always focusing on the "why" to ensure teams understand the purpose behind each task, leading to success and growth.
Feel free to connect if you'd like to discuss opportunities!
