Deliver on a white glove customer experience through different types of Executive Briefing offerings. I assist with designing and delivering virtual events that demonstrate the value of CA Technologies to produce a superior customer experience. I'm responsible for fostering relationships with our customers and sales to drive more demand and work with our executive leadership to develop and implement communications and marketing strategy to support the launch of C-suite initiatives, events and content for top tier media. With this position, I manage the day-to-day requirements in the NY Executive Briefing Center and assist with on boarding and training of new hires. I represented CA Technologies at the RSA Conference and coordinated 133+ 1:1 meeting's with executives.

Responsible for managing and setting up world wide meetings between clients and sales teams. I tailor events according to the personal tastes and budgets of clients, managing and exceeding expectations. I collaborate with different vendors to meet client expectations; available on-demand 24/7. With this role I'm responsible for being proficient in computer design programs, capable of working with a team to produce a great marketing campaign and have exceptional customer service skills and client relationships. In 2017, I represented CA at the Chicago CIO event with key leaders.

Assisted with the start up of this restaurant and their partner restaurant, Dunes Cafe. I participated in 3 weeks of bar training before the opening and partnered with bartenders to create and introduce signature cocktails. I was responsible for interacting with multiple customers daily to secure great customer service. I maintained the bar and service area, kept up with inventory, overlooked production and operations to maintain a positive work environment for my staff and customers. I had to adhere to regulations of health department and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulation. As manager, I organized private events including weddings, bridal showers, dinner rehearsals, and executed team building events.
