Interactive Producer / Project Manager

Project Management

With over 8 years in the field marketing industry for well known lifestyle brands, I am looking to branch out into my passion which lies within the action sports industry. I can bring much talent to any company including but not limited to, marketing, brand and event management, sales and social media, product management and account management.

-	Oversee digital initiatives from conception and design to development and implementation.
-	Manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, resources, and scopes in an organized manner.

Foodservice Sales Representative

-	Responsible for assisting in the identification of selling opportunities and for merchandising products across all operating companies of PepsiCo (Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Tropicana and Quaker Foods)
-	Manage 120 accounts in the San Diego area, (Hospital/Healthcare, Workplace, and College sectors) while driving sales of innovation items across all LOB 
-	Work closely with San Diego’s Market Managers to effectively target new KPI goals and initiatives 
-	Work with distributor partners from Sysco and US Foods to secure sales and promotions
-	Sell in and build large merchandising displays for new/existing products and promotions

Customer Development Manager

-	Responsible for the coordination, management, and execution of all marketing activities and samplings in San Diego County
-	Recruit, hire, train and coach a team of 15+ brand ambassadors 
-	Prepare a 30-day rolling schedule of large-scale events and demos in San Diego 
-	Prepare weekly and monthly recaps to be submitted to Regional Manager 
-	Maintain accurate inventory, and responsible for reporting brand ambassadors timecards, expense reports, and other payroll
-	Directly managed all social media platforms for the San Diego BODYARMOR image in San Diego
-	Manage the set up and breakdown of each event, while engaging consumers and providing consumer feedback 


Event Marketing Manager

-	Recruited, interviewed, trained, managed and motivated a team of over 20+ brand ambassadors 
-	Served as the focal point of contact between the brand and the consumer serving to educate the public about 5-hour Energy through field marketing 
-	Developed 5-hour Energy’s 2011 and 2012 business market plan, by reaching a goal of over 450,000 shots sampled in 2011 and 500,000 shots sampled in 2012
-	Embraced, understood and implemented brand strategy to increase awareness and communicate product knowledge 
-	Executed daily initiatives including finalizing event contracts, setting business plans for the upcoming year, managing brand ambassadors, creating the weekly schedule, recording sampling data, managing inventory and POS, implementing spot checks, building partnerships in sales accounts, and increasing our “Big 4” demographic (retail, military, college and event) platforms
-	Creatively managed the online energy break website, master email, weekly newsletters and blogs that were sent 

Field Marketing Team Lead

-	Worked with out-of-market managers to ensure sampling of over 16,000 cans of Red Bull and assure attendance of 200,000 spectators for Red Bull Air Races 2 years in a row
-	Lead and inspire other wings team members to educate consumers and to “be the face of the brand” at every sampling/event
-      Worked with Red Bull Athletes at local events and served as a focal point of contact for inquiries on site
