- Manage the Customer Service team for the US - Manage and oversee the order file, sales reporting, open orders, returns, markdowns, and allocation - Manage all incoming POs, receipting, and credits - Manage all key accounts (EDI) and international orders - Oversee all inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse - Direct and conduct monthly and yearly cycle counts - Run discrepancy reports, research, and address all inventory discrepancies - Warehouse layout and new product arrival - Execute domestic transfers between warehouses - Generate and send out weekly ATS forms - Manage and enforce MAP policy - Assist with forecasting

- Enter and post all receivables to customer accounts - Prepare 90-day notes for US dashboard - Send monthly statements to customers - Apply credits to customer accounts - Put accounts on hold at 60 days - Make calls and send letters on past due accounts - Identify uncollectable accounts and process for collections - Work closely with auditors at year end - Collect and update customer resale certificates - Work with CFO/DOO on end of year doubtful debt revision - Manage account credit limits - New account set up - Process credit references

- Drive sales, high level of customer service, manage and resolve issues - Order processing (prebooks, assortment plans, returns, back orders, filing invoices) - Update and send out weekly order forms - Asist sales representatives with order inquires - Oversee the online platform and sales for the US, assist E-Commerce manager with product updates for both FCS and Softech sites

- Generate repeat business by developing genuine customer relationships - Build relationships with brand representatives through daily emails and sales calls to fulfill orders - Input data to prepare daily sales reports and regularly use weekly and monthly data to develop sales and promotional strategies - Inventory control, ordering, bank cash deposits -Upheld strong KPI’s by suggestive selling and positive customer service - Purchase women’s clothing, accessories and shoes for each season while maintaining a monthly budget - Visually merchandise entire store seasonally - Recruit, hire and train new store employees - Assign employees specific duties to best meet the needs of the store
