MBA Business Marketing Academy Project - Developed a set of finance and marketing strategies to overcome current and possible changes in the reimbursement coverage of a mental health product. The final recommendations included changes in the pricing structure of the product, new channel partnerships and white space improvements.

Developed and launched the Argentinean branch of the company’s Solar Division, leading to the creation of a JV to execute 6 solar energy projects achieving a $70M total revenue & a 21% ROI. Managed both budgeting and forecast processes, and partnered with engineering teams to analyze cost variances and assess possible alternatives to mitigate risks and future deviations.

Led a cross-functional team that supported the launch of two new ventures: a credit card positioned to attract low-income level segments, resulting in 50K cards issued in 12 months; and a Remittances business that led to a growth of 12% in company revenues. Worked closely with Marketing and Sales teams providing support to assess the financial soundness of new commercial initiatives, and the competitive landscape of the company’s business units.
