scratch and nurturing it into a thriving operation.

goods that Argentina had at that time.

My team and I worked on the implementation of marketing strategies tailored
for the business crossover, ensuring that the brand message resonated

In my role as the Supply Chain Department Manager at RIP CURL ARGENTINA
(CRISTOBAL COLON S.A.), I was assigned the responsibility of coordinating
import and export operations. This involved overseeing the smooth movement
of goods across borders and ensuring operational efficiency.

One of my primary goals was to optimize the Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT)
performance while working within budget constraints. By fine-tuning our supply
chain processes, I improved our operational efficiency while maintaining a costeffective
approach, reassigning my team’s tasks and responsibilities.

I also implemented measures that as a consequence led to a 15% reduction in
