• Provide factory representation, design, development, and production oversight services • Market trend review/analysis • Oversee design direction for all categories of footwear • Manage all development stages from prototype through production • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure all calendar dates are met • Daily sales communication with client buyers/developers • Review product briefs to ensure target costs can be met • Product development and commercialization coordination • Coordinate factory technology and innovation initiatives
