My name is Nick Ramirez and I am currently living in Huntington Beach, California. I have 4 years combined in customer service and a year in designing graphic tees and sunglasses. 

I currently work for KingIce.com which is a online retailer for mens jewelry and accessories. Recently we created a side brand titled, Marz-Lyfe which has contemporary and modern jewelry in contrast to the King Ice Style Gold and CZ style stones.

For Marz-Lyfe I have designed a pair of sunglasses and I have another sunglass style which is set to be completed toward the end of 2017.

•	Designed T-shirts/sunglasses for the King Ice Apparel/Marz Lyfe collection.    
My sunglasses were featured in Nordstrom rack.

 Customer Service
•	Manage and assist a two-person customer service team.
•	Manage customer accounts with sensitive personal information.
•	Communicate with several external vendors including warehouse specialists, parcel transportation teams and bank account specialists.
•	Assist customers by operating multiple IT support systems (Amazon Seller Central, EBAY, Customer Service Chat Support System, Customer Service Phone Calls, Email Inquiries, Yotpo Website Reviews, and Social Media platforms) requiring a great deal of multi-tasking.
        
 Social Media Manager
•	Manage social media accounts for King Ice.
•	Develop product photos, schedule posts, engage with customers, increase following/engagement
