In My Own Words

With nearly 10 years of product creation experience, including 6.5 at Nike, I’ve had the privilege of bringing innovative products to life that resonate with consumers. Along the way, I’ve learned that beyond great functionality and design, it’s the stories we tell that create emotional connections and inspire; a revelation that’s uncovered my true passion for creative storytelling.

I’ve always appreciated the intricate details that make a product exceptional, leading me to earn a Mechanical Engineering degree from Gonzaga University and pursue a product development path. But it’s my love for filmmaking and photography that allows me to see beyond the technical aspects and focus on the narratives that give products meaning. Crafting narratives enables me to transform concepts into experiences that engage and inspire.

Currently, I’m pursuing an MBA from the top-ranked Kelley School of Business, focusing on enhancing my business acumen, expanding my marketing knowledge, and honing my leadership skills. This journey is helping me merge my technical background with my creative strengths, exploring how storytelling can drive brand loyalty and consumer engagement.

As I continue to grow professionally, I’m discerning paths that allow me to blend my passion for creative storytelling and innovation with strategic objectives—whether that’s in brand marketing or product marketing. My goal is to craft compelling narratives that not only highlight a product’s value but also forge genuine emotional connections with audiences.
