As an Area Sales Manager for Proximo Spirits, I oversee the central Rockies territory of Colorado, managing 380 on- and off-premise accounts across key tourist markets and ski destinations including Vail, Steamboat, Breckenridge, and Aspen. I lead a high-performing team of 4 Field Sales Managers, 8 Sales Reps and 1 Account Development Specialist, driving execution through Breakthru Beverage. Since February 2023, I’ve delivered double-digit growth across our tequila and Colorado whiskey portfolios, expanded key partnerships with resort groups like Alterra Mountain Company and Monarch Casino. I helped lead the successful transition of our distributor partnership in the region, shifting from our previous partner to Breakthru Beverage in 2024, ensuring continuity in execution, account relationships, and field team alignment during the change - leading my distributor team to hit our H1 goals for 2025. I’ve executed high-impact brand activations for Stranahan’s and Tincup at Steamboat and Winter Park, launched an additive-free tequila tasting campaign for Jose Cuervo with 345+ consumers, and implemented a tequila barrel program that boosted on-premise menu features by 14.5%. I regularly leverage VIP, Tableau, Ground Signal, GoSpotCheck, and Pinata to guide data-driven decisions and ensure strong market execution.

Plan, organize, and direct beverage operations in two of Vail's most popular dining destinations. Led the charge on grassroots marketing campaign by visiting local restaurants and hotel concierges to establish brand awareness and build strong following and admired reputation. Optimized a $ 2.2 million dollar beverage program by building strong relationships with vendors, constructed high value offerings, designed cost-effective menus that drove increased sales by 11% month-over- month, and kept cost of goods level during a period of sharp price increases. Trained two teams of bartenders on traditional sales and customer relations techniques to increase beverage sales, raise PPA, and generate repeat clientele in a tourist market. Reduced product waste by optimizing ordering and inventory operations; resulting lower monthly overhead and higher inventory turnover ratios.
