Independent Financial Advisor

Research and respond to RFP/RFI documents from prospective clients. Gain detailed understanding of client processes and needs and creatively match Epicor solution features and functions to client needs via discovery sessions either onsite or remotely. Prepare and lead software demonstrations for the Epicor Merchandising and Business Intelligence applications, either free-form or to client provided demo scripts. Solutions Engineer

Supervisor: Set long-term goals and oversee day to day activities of a team of analysts responsible for all apparel/footwear/accessories allocation, replenishment, and transfers for over 150 stores across full, off-price, and employee purchase channels in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.  Coordinate product drops, markdowns, promotions, and transfers with buying, planning, ops, communications, visual, and field leadership teams to optimize workforce efforts and inventory productivity.  Manage incoming/outgoing product requests between Retail, Wholesale, and other divisions to maximize inventory productivity across company.  Hire, fire, train, coach, give performance reviews, and manage schedules for team.  Lead/participate in cross-functional process improvement activities.  Provide support as needed to team in analyst duties.


Analyst:  Plan and execute allocation/replenishment strategies for new/reordered/basic styles of apparel/footwear/accessories by store down to the SKU level.  Plan opening assortments for all new stores.  Plan inventory flow to stores in and out of key periods (spring break, BTS, holiday, etc.).  Plan and execute store to store transfers and rebalances between full, off-price, and employee purchase channels.  Manage size curves by store, subclass, and product type.  Work closely with regional/district/store managers to address concerns and capitalize on opportunities.

Allocation Supervisor/Allocation Analyst

Analysis and allocation from class to store/SKU level, including sales and inventory forecasting, balancing and/or proposing changes to retail dollar and unit plans, correction of inventory levels for over/under stocked stores, and holding for and stocking of new stores, remodels, and relocations.  Collaboration with buyers, transportation, and sourcing personnel, providing suggested bulk and size buys in line with production calendar, inventory pushes/pulls, balancing OTB, planning markdowns, planning new style rollouts, crafting of new store assortments, selection of limited store, seasonal, and test products and stores.  Fielding phone/email communications from stores/district managers, including stock and/or sizing issues, customer requests, emerging trends, etc. and working with them to enact satisfactory plans of action.  Management of basic replenishment parameters by store/SKU.  Collaboration with other analysts, buyers, etc. on special analyses as needed.

Store Allocation Analyst

Management of full and off-priced retail assortments for licensed labels such as Claiborne®, J. Garcia Art in Neckwear®, BCBG//Attitude®, BCBG MAXAZRIA®, and Ben Sherman®.  Trend analysis, inventory optimization and allocation, test marketing and assortment direction, retail markdown direction, and promotion conceptualization/execution.  Working closely with designers and product managers to craft assortment quality, direction, and cohesiveness of brand statements.  Working with transportation and sourcing personnel to ensure timely delivery of product internationally and to maintain in-stock goals.  Department process improvement, template creation, automation, and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Senior Purchasing and Allocation Planner

Management of department training program, including development, documentation, training materials, delivery, gap analysis, and record maintenance for 70+ employees in multiple facilities.  Management of departmental ISO 9001/13485 compliance, including assessment and improvement of existing procedures, work practices, and work environments.  Conducting compliance audits of third party facilities, escorting internal and external auditors during facility audits, and assignment and coordination of corrective and/or preventive action activities.  Investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
