As part of Nolk's mission to acquire, operate, and amplify e-commerce brands that have a positive global impact, I’m tasked with leading the planning, building, and advancement of the company's B2B program strategy, development, and execution.  Drawing on my extensive knowledge and experience in retail markets, I developed an omnichannel sales and marketing strategy that has successfully expanded our physical retail business. 

•	Led the development and management of a global sales and marketing program that drove $20 million in revenue across five emerging brands.
•	Championed the development and management of B2B sales and marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands that include Wolf and Grizzly, Loctote, Freak Mount, Kana, and Rachel.
•	Built and successfully managed multiple sales agencies, reps, and distributors on a domestic and global scale.
•	Orchestrated the sourcing, adoption, and integration of a leading B2B eCommerce platform, which resulted in streamlined ordering and credit card processing for new dealers and improved brand marketplace access.
•	Modernized and automated traditional sales processes by prioritizing customer and dealer experience.
•	Created a retail display program that delivered an authentic and memorable customer experience, leading to a 20% increase in yearly sales.
•	Provide regular guidance to the product development and brand management teams regarding brand strategy, marketing initiatives, OKRs, and KPIs.


Global Director of Sales

Mediloq is the leading manufacturer of premium-quality, durable, air-tight, child-resistant containers.  The premium, refillable TXD container is constructed of durable reinforced polymer and designed to withstand thousands of cycles of refurbishments and reuse.  In order to reduce single-use plastic waste, Mediloq in collaboration with leading brands and retailers is championing the practice of reusing environmentally friendly containers.

Co-Founder 

Successfully launched a startup offering a cutting-edge web-based B2B platform that enables brands to design and sell fully customizable made-to-order apparel. A highly intuitive platform brings premium outerwear to life and helps brands showcase their unique identity. This fusion of technology and premium apparel is disrupting the industry and revolutionizing the way businesses create and sell custom apparel.

•	Developed and managed a high-performing sales and marketing team, resulting in increased market share and brand awareness.
•	Successfully executed a distributor acquisition strategy, adding 600 new distributors to the platform and expanding the customer base.
•	Created and delivered comprehensive distributor training programs to ensure successful sales execution and long-term growth.

Business Development Manager

Recruited to this growing outdoor brand specializing in high-end outdoor lifestyle products. My role was to establish and expand the wholesale business by developing a targeted sales and retail marketing strategy.

•	Established, trained, and managed a successful sales agency rep force to increase revenue and market reach.
•	Developed and maintained strong relationships with key distributors in New Zealand, Japan, and Canada resulting in significant sales growth.
•	Managed key accounts and implemented effective expansion plans to increase sales revenue and profitability.
•	Utilized forecasting techniques to develop and track new product sales performance, resulting in optimized inventory management and increased profitability.
•	Successfully loaded $780K in wholesale business into the 2020 pipeline, exceeding sales targets.
•	Collaborated with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline shipping, warehousing, and worldwide distribution, resulting in a 5% increase in profitability over the prior year.
•	Designed and executed a retail merchandising program to elevate the product line and showcase functionality, resulting in increased sales revenue and improved brand visibility.



Director of Sales

As a senior sales executive for this prominent eyewear brand in the outdoor industry, I held overall responsibility for exceeding the company's sales objectives across all regions. My focus was on driving sales growth and maximizing profitability while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and specialty customers.

•	Led and managed a team of sales coordinators, operations personnel, and sales agencies, ensuring efficient operations and successful sales outcomes.
•	Achieved on-budget delivery and profitability in both 2018 and 2019, a first for the brand in several years, through effective sales strategies and management.
•	Collaborated with regional sales agencies to grow sales revenue by 10% at REI for two consecutive years and by 20% at Sportsman's Warehouse in the same period, surpassing targets.
•	Successfully recruited and trained six new sales agencies in high-growth territories, implementing effective brand positioning and channel strategies that drove significant results.
•	Introduced an incremental bonus incentive program to reward year-over-year territory growth in previously flat dealer base accounts, resulting in an average sales increase of 15%.
•	Developed a specialized sales plan for the Southeast region, leading to a 300% increase in sales revenue in 2018.
•	Encouraged and incentivized event participation among sales agencies at local and regional levels, resulting in increased brand visibility and engagement.
•	Designed and executed an athlete and ambassador program, achieving strong retention rates and expanding the brand's reach and influence.
•	Successfully reconstructed the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy and implemented a new enforcement strategy, resulting in a 10% increase in company website sales compared to the prior year.
•	Monitored and managed the supply chain to ensure optimal alignment between stock purchases and sales projections, resulting in improved inventory management and reduced stockouts.




National Sales Manager

As the territory sales executive, I built a strong foundation for the brand in the Rockies region. Through a combination of targeted sales strategies, relationship building with key accounts, and comprehensive market research, I successfully drove sales growth and expanded the brand's presence in the territory. By focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients, I was able to establish the brand as a leader in the region and lay the groundwork for future expansion.

•	Achieved recognition as North American Sales Rep of the year in 2014 out of 184 reps, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. 
•	Expanded the account base by adding 43 new doors and negotiated the placement of 54 new displays in existing accounts, resulting in improved sell-through and brand consistency. 
•	Successfully competed for and secured window laminate advertising for 14 accounts, providing exclusive and low-cost branding opportunities 
•	Provided leadership and mentorship to the sales team, offering guidance on prospecting, account retention, and event activation to improve individual and team performance. 
•	Managed the development of new goggle packaging, delivering a differentiated and elevated product presentation while ensuring product protection.



Account Executive 

Led the development and execution of field marketing operations and initiatives across the mountain west region, ensuring successful team activations and campaign performance. Co-developed and managed the innovative Rolling O Lab, a mobile R&D Lab that revolutionizes the way Oakley products are tested and showcased to customers.

•	Collaborated with Key Account Manager to identify target accounts, develop monthly action plans, and execute education and consumer-facing events to increase sales.
•	Provided quarterly technical and design training on Oakley golf, snow, athletic apparel, and footwear to the salesforce and the public. 
•	Successfully managed logistics and served as project manager for various regional and national events, including the Oakley Pro-Am, Zumiez Couch Tour, Oakley Surf Shop Challenge, Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, and Waste Management Open.
•	Contributed to the development of the highly successful Rolling O Lab Program, the most successful marketing campaign in the company's history, by providing valuable consultation to the marketing team. 
•	Effectively managed a team of five Factory Pilots, while planning and executing the year-long tour annually, to ensure seamless operations and successful execution of events. 
•	Recognized for outstanding performance and selected by the Oakley Olympic Planning Committee to attend the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, to represent the company and support its marketing initiatives.
•	Demonstrated excellent leadership skills while directing and coordinating all aspects of a month-long tour in Australia, supporting Oakley Australia for the Tour Down Under, Pro-am golf, and Wake Ski & Surf events.
