Division Sales Manager-Mountain West

National Account Manager

Manager of sales in four Western states, which represent approximately $3M in annual revenue. Manage the sales of Core Power protein shakes, a $200M brand and YUP! milk, a $50M brand. Serve simultaneously as Food Service on Premise (FSOP) Commercial Manager, responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for approximately 1,800 non-chain accounts. 

?	Work with the Swire Coca-Cola bottling company marketing and commercialization teams to develop collaborative sales and marketing programs focused on increasing case velocity
?	Am responsible for developing pricing, programming, and placement strategies in the Utah and Intermountain divisions
?	Assist with goal alignment for large-store and convenience-retail channels; form and manage business relationships that enable greater overall availability and increased product count on retail shelves
?	Analyze market and competitive data to develop growth strategies; maintain expert proficiency in sales analytics software such as Margin Minder 
?	Manage Core Power and YUP! milk business with 13 separate Swire Coca-Cola sales centers and 150 Coca-Cola key account managers

Sales Development Manager

Marketing lead for the Mountain West region. Responsible for every aspect of the marketing of Core Power, fairlife’s flagship product in the Mountain West. Sourced TV/radio advertising, in-store advertising, and athlete sponsorship.

?	Developed and implemented Core Power’s strategic marketing plans for the Mountain West 
?	Managed relationships with key marketing assets in the Swire Coca-Cola territory, including the Utah Jazz, Tour of Utah bike race, and the Colorado Rockies
?	Facilitated media buys to further brand awareness and messaging; managed a $150K budget and a staff of 12 employees

Regional Marketing Manager

Leader of a team of 12 brand ambassadors who performed product samplings and event execution around the Core Power brand. 

?	Grew Core Power marketing presence, executing 350 sampling events in two years and managing a team that distributed 700K product samples in Utah and Colorado
?	Collaborated with bottling partners to co-promote key assets in the market, such as collegiate and professional sports teams 
?	Signed the company’s first sponsored athlete, Chris Wingert of Real Salt Lake, for the FIFA World Cup regional marketing campaign
?	Worked cross-functionally with sales team to plan and execute the successful FIFA World Cup marketing campaign in Utah, which drove an annual sales increase of over 100 percent

Field Marketing Manager

- Assist with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of brand ambassador team.

- Day-to-day management of Brand Ambassador’s including product training, scheduling, on-going coaching and event reporting.

- Work with Switch Program Manager to develop targeted account/event opportunity list.

- Nurture existing and build new relationships for access to  target markets.

- Manage local budget; responsible for the bottom line delivery of program
