• Coordinated the detailed organization and distribution of footwear, apparel, equipment, and all other Nike products located in the stockroom. • Oversaw the day-to-day warehouse operations which included shipping & receiving operations, facilitating team responsibilities, and maintaining a safe & positive work environment • Collaborated with sales floor departments to execute an efficient distribution & replenishment process of product throughout the store to meet consumer’s needs

• Facilitated day-to-day operations of the footwear department including team member tasks, team member breaks, product replenishment, and department merchandising • Oversaw new hire and continuous employee training on product knowledge, seasonal campaigns, company history, and store operations • Constructed daily informative presentations for schedule staff discussing new innovations, seasonal campaigns, historic company moments, and store initiatives • Utilized Microsoft Excel weekly to categorize consumer survey data to identify potential opportunities to better support consumer needs through product knowledge, sales support, and product availability • Collaborated with the district Nike experience & training specialist (EKIN) on product knowledge events, staff training, seasonal campaign initiatives, and in-store consumer events

• Collaborated with Boys & Girls Club Santa Monica leaders to create a plan to help students be active with a positive sports experience, while also learning basketball fundamentals • Implemented Kobe Bryant and Mamba League philosophies to positively motivate and influence youth for life and sport • Managed a mamba league basketball team of ten students through weekly practices and a ten-game season

• Strategized Nike Carlsbad’s community impact program consisting of coaching kids, donating to important causes, speaking out against inequality, and volunteering with local non-profits • Partnered with Boys & Girls Club of Carlsbad for weekly sessions to inspire youth to be active and positive through a variety of sports • Oversaw and trained employees on the distribution of charity donations gained for volunteering, which was financially established by Nike, allowing staff who volunteered to donate to the charity of their choice
