•	Assist in managing the process from “designing” through “Production”.
•	Work directly with sourcing agents and factory personnel to ensure materials, pre-production samples, fit samples, pre-production and production processes are managed of production timelines.
•	Assist early in development process to manage pre allocation of styles.
•	Help to develop time and action calendars for all programs managed.
•	Track all protos, preproduction, advertising and TOP samples.
•	Assist in the management of placement of Purchase Orders, review quantities and communicate T & A calendars.
•	Assist in monitoring production status of all programs by season.
•	WIP management. Assist in collection of WIPs from all vendors. Send out communications to factories regarding WIP as directed by the Product Manager.
•	Build strong working relationships with vendors & cross functional teams to help foster an environment of partnership and trust.
•	Communicate delivery information to buyers and SSMC.
•	Assist in costing and negotiating process. 


•	Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Product Development, Materials Development, and communicate with factories
•	Manage time and action calendar for assigned categories to meet all deadlines. Track and approve all necessary submits of fabric, artwork, trims and packaging
•	Identify key issues in product construction, material selection, manufacturing and pricing and proactively research alternate options in accordance with cost targets
•	Work closely with the buyers / apparel sourcing team on identifying the most cost-effective source base for product developments
•	Participate in fit sessions and product reviews for assigned styles and coordinate with technical services to ensure prototypes accurately reflect construction specifications
•	Set up samples and shipping tracking mechanism
•	Technical Services and Costing


Apparel Product Developer/Production Coordinator

Partner with product development and design team to assemble costing for all styles.
Work directly with factories on all development details.
Translate design concepts into spec sheets and flat sketches in Illustrator. 
Approve product and or give specifications and instructions to overseas factories.
Coordinate Production activities with other cross functional departments including sample sets for marketing and photo shoot
Maintains multiple spreadsheets of fabric & trim details/inventory
Oversee all aspects that apply to pre-production and production such as ordering materials, calculating fabrics yield & trims.
Communicate with vendors on sourcing the fabric, and trims. 

Production Coordinator/Product Developer

Coordinate between teams of production, sales, and suppliers
Negotiating the cost with overseas factories, and prepare the cost sheets
Respond to customer queries and update the sales team accordingly
Manage delivery of products within schedule and expected quality and quantity
Monitor and coordinate activities through entire stages of production
Perform filing, calendar creation, tracking reports, and troubleshooting complaints
Liaised with fashion designers and purchased garments according to their specifications
Performed quality inspection on raw materials and confirmed order shipment
Issue the purchase orders, and make sure factories adhere the delivery schedule
Monitored packaging of orders and ensured used of correct materials
Tracked all production activities in coordination with multi-functional departments
