Beena Business Instagram

After several years of being a business consultant in private, I decided to go public with my passion for helping others with business. I recently made an Instagram account to share some of my wisdom with the whole world. Check it out for management, marketing, and mindset advice that is rooted in authenticity and community values.

Neena Beena was born in Gainesville, Florida at the tender age of zero. It was not long after that when they accessed their entrepreneurial spirit and started engaging in business. From selling paintings in their neighborhood at the age of 5, to opening an eBay store in middle school, to becoming a sponsored longboarder in high school, Neena has always been naturally drawn towards business and the vast realms that it encompasses. Marketing and management are the perfect outlet for Neena's creative, social, and analytical thinking. They find unparalleled fulfillment in optimizing efficiency to help improve businesses and create a more sustainable world. Versatility, adaptability, and positivity are the three key attributes of Neena's style of work. Neena's perpetually-expanding skillset paves the way for diversification within their work setting. Their ability to think quickly yet outside the box in order to adapt to the environment sets them apart from the typical employee. Their leadership skills are based on inspiring and motivating others through optimistic yet honest communication. Neena values trust more than anything, and wants to establish mutual respect with everyone they encounter, whether in business or everyday life. Neena Beena is not a creative professional, but rather someone who is professional at living and lives to create.

● Organized and hosted the Annual Briefcase Push Race every year since 2015, oversaw and promoted longboarding competitions, raised over $800 for charity each year, and cross-promoted 20+ event sponsors.
● Managed video production, promotion, and acquired sponsors to promote longboarding brands Original Skateboards, Bear Trucks, Freeride Surf & Skate Shop, Rush Bearings, and Holesom Pucks. 
● Tested prototypes and products and suggested improvements for manufacturers to maximize product durability and innovation
● Team Rider for Landyachtz Longboards since 2019

Longboard Team Rider

● Worked as freelance photographer/videographer for several individuals, businesses, and events
● Took photos/videos and edited them to create finished products that can be used for marketing purposes
● Lots of experience photographing extreme sports, especially skateboarding/longboarding and motorsports
● Created and sold photo/video packages to drivers at Open Track Day and in Rally Driving Classes at the Florida International Rally & Motorsport Park

Photographer/Videographer

● Lead yoga classes for all levels of students in the styles of vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga
●  Teach weekly yoga classes at The Knot climbing gym
●  Substitute yoga instructor at Wildflowers Yoga and Flow Space
● Lead meditations at special events
● Teach a couple monthly free outdoor yoga classes
● Has been teaching yoga since 2017
● 200 RYT registered yoga teacher


Yoga Instructor

● Created and helped implement personalized Business Management and Digital Marketing plans for small to medium sized businesses
● Gave coaching for clients to improve their entrepreneurial mindset
● Hosted workshops to teach business skills in group settings 

● Created and managed targeted, industry-specific campaigns and partnerships to build interest and close sales
● Filmed/photographed, edited videos, curated, and posted content for social media, website, email, and print ads
● Analyzed and reported campaign performance, working with managers to refine marketing strategy

Marketing Strategist

● Worked hand-in-hand with CEO to establish R&D, Employee Management, and Marketing objectives
● Created online project boards and communication channels as Remote Employee Manager to form and delegate
assignments while leading 18 employees in Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, and Logistics
● Developed prototypes, discovered and found solutions to quality issues, negotiated with manufacturers, improved
supply chain management to reduce costs of quality control and inefficiencies in distribution

Executive Assistant

● Greeted customers, assisted and registered new clients, and made sales through iPad apps
● Improved Searchlight’s search engine rankings through SEO techniques


Receptionist

● Managed cross-promotions, customer support, and all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat), increasing engagement and boosting sales through advertising 
•	Worked on product development and supply chain management to minimize costs of quality control and inefficiencies in product distribution
● Investigated international markets, conducted dealer and customer interviews in Spanish, established a pricing strategy for Brazil, and started worldwide marketing initiatives on social media in multiple languages
● Produced, directed, and edited two promotional videos in Spain
● Recruited and directed a graphic design artist to create a board graphic for production
● Worked as remote customer service representative through online chat on the company's website

Marketing intern

● Developed computer programs in MATLAB using image processing to locate and count cherries on trees
● Calibrated 3-D and single-lens cameras for agricultural data collection
● Harvested cherries and collected data measuring weights and quantities, and analyzed that data in comparison to the numbers detected by the algorithms written in computer programs
