• Supervise and lead the softlines team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and execute merchandise presentations, ensuring products are well-organized and visually
appealing.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the arrangement and display of softlines merchandise in alignment with Target's visual
merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper signage, pricing, and promotional materials are displayed accurately.
