-Works directly with design leadership to implement brand vision, creative direction
 and product direction
-Strong visual and verbal execution, while communicating design vision
-Lead, delegate, manage and drive multiple brand design projects from conceptualization to finished projects, while juggling multiple calendars.
-Lead and Mentor designers through clear and consistent coaching and development
-Build and support a collaborative and innovative culture for direct reports and peers.
-Travel with team to factories globally for development trips and trend trips.
-Apply market research, trend insight and sales info to create innovative concepts.

Senior Apparel Designer

Designer of casual jackets, cut and sew hoodies, fleece, tees, knits, beanies, caps, belts
Brands include Ride Snowboards, K2 Ski, K2 Snow, K2 Branded, Line Skis, Full tilt, Planet Earth, Zoot, Atlas and Tubbs
	*Create strategic business plan that delivers profitable growth of the accessories business
	*Manage and facilitate seasonal timelines, linelists, sku counts, samples, strike offs and tech packs for all brands
	*Point person to create, manage, send out all tech packs and communicate with the factories daily
	*Research market trends, color, fabrics, trims and new printing techniques
	*Strong knowledge of materials, construction, fit, trim and manufacturing
	*Give design direction to freelancers and graphic teams based off of trends, sales history and forecast
	*Develop graphics and prints for textiles, trims and apparel
	*Responsible for all material selection, color details, styling details, and development 
	*Develop and review all products for construction, silhouette, fit and trim details and monitor quality
	*Source factories, designers, fabrics, and graphic freelancers

Apparel/Graphic Designer

Private label production for clients include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Giam, Roots, and Re-Gen
	*Research seasonal trends, materials, color thru trend shopping, tradeshows, and style sites 
	*Create trend boards and color pallets
	*Develop textiles, knits, denim, tees and hoodies from concept to production
	*Develop and review all products for construction, silhouette, fit and trim details and monitor quality
	*Develop graphic designs from concept to production
