JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT PRESENT COMPANY: • Ensure the customer satisfaction by Quality service. • After place the order Follow-up Yarn in-house, knitting, dyeing, production, and shipment plan based make TNA for order Execute. • Ensure Fabric quality with buyer standard, shade and fabric quality Approval authority for bulk production. • Follow up the Quality and production Yarn in-house to till Shipment. • Conduct pp meeting with suppliers before start the bulk production. • During production running Conduct Inline, Mid Line, Random, Pre-final & Final inspection. • also some buyer Arrange 3rd party inspection. • Every day production and quality Report send to office by email. • Follow-up Quality Management system audit and report according to different buyer working method and provide systematical support to team. • Be able to Inspection all kinds of knit garments. • Council to with quality and production Team about quality and technical issues. • Follow up quality aspects with customer standards. • Also Follow-up all kinds of Development sample, pp sample, Shipment sample.
