Contribute to the stable lift out of Janus Henderson Investors' middle and back office to BNP Paribas while continuing to meet daily deadlines and responsibilities as well as ongoing projects at Janus Henderson. • Reconciliation of cash and holdings positions daily for up to 18 global portfolios, currently with emphasis on fixed income, global unconstrained bond funds, total return swap, and bank loan accounts. • Calculate and confirm all aspects of a wide range of securities (interest/principal payments, accrued interest, amortization, etc.) • Maintain thorough understanding of the bank loan settlement process and serve as a main point of contact to resolve variances and provide post-trade operational support to internal teams as well as external counterparties. • Integral member of the bank loan team, contributing to reduction of aged accounting breaks from ~80,000 days to less than 2,000 • Provide cross-training support for department members on more complex accounts to provide coverage for all four portfolio accounting teams when needed and develop set guidelines and thorough procedures for complex daily processes • Head up interdepartmental collaboration efforts to optimize operational efficiencies and mitigation of risk through developed solutions • Assist in compiling accurate and timely reporting for client oversight team and assist in all inquiries and requests throughout the day

Responsible for the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and positions reconciliations and reporting of unregistered products (commingled pools, separate and sub-advised accounts) • Liaise with trade, settlements, securities ops, & portfolio management teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of variances • Analyze and confirm trade activity and corporate actions through collaboration with internal and external partners. • Conduct root-cause analysis of discrepancies to develop appropriate solutions with portfolio management, custodians and brokers. • Maintain in depth understanding of alternative investments (SWAPS, Futures, FX Forwards, TBAs) and ability to reconcile accurately • Strong understanding of international trading markets and extensive experience with multicurrency reconciliations and reporting • Identify and create processes for new and existing products, tasks, and controls to enhance efficiencies.

• Produced Quarterly Plan Asset Review & Analysis of all investments offered in the $3.5 B Florida 457(b) Plan. • Developed an Excel model that streamlined and automated future production of the Quarterly Investment Reviews. • Collaborated with investment analysts and portfolio managers about fund performance issues and market trends. • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Morningstar to produce Quarterly Investment Performance Reports.
