I wear many different hats for many different events that include music festivals, skateboarding events, marathons, lifestyle events, as well as charity fundraising events. Those positions usually include charitable event planner, production coordinator, talent wrangler, VIP/Hospitality coordinator, sponsorship manager, and more. Projects include Coachella, Stagecoach, Find Your Grind University, Street League Skateboarding, Surf City Marathon, LA Auto Show, etc.

• Contracted third party vendors for the 32nd and 33rd Annual Children's Benefit Golf Tournament and Auction which raised money for the In-N-Out Burger Foundation. • Worked with multiple golf courses and hotels to plan and execute the charity golf tournaments. • Worked with multiple department to coordinate the donations of food, beverages, and services for the events as well as the coordinated the logistics of shipping and receiving those goods. • Experienced adversity when the 33rd annual golf tournament was cancelled due to COVID-19 and had to cancel vendors, shipping of items, etc. • Managed the course/operations budget of the golf tournament pre event and post cancellation.

• Created, managed, and monitored content for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. • Increased Facebook Likes by 262% and Twitter Followers 240% in a 12 month period. • Communicated with tour athletes to create marketing tools used in digital media, including avp.com and Facebook. • Assisted in day to day tasks, including answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings and travel accommodations, scheduling AVP media day, and maintaining AVP Wilson inventory and digital photo library. • Filed event insurance, city permits, and vendor permits in different cities across the U.S. in coordination with city officials, the operations manager, the managing partner, and other staff members.
