• Negotiate costing, lead times, and minimums with international vendors and brand partners • Maintain internal development records including trims, fabrications, and sampling • Establish seasonal development and buying time action calendar to meet sales deadlines • Develop garments to design specifications while maximizing margins and profitability • Direct the development process from prototypes to production including lab dips, fabric development, and print/dye methods for all products including boardshorts, denim, woven tops, walk shorts, fleece • Manage production orders and QC issues to ensure timely delivery and high-quality product

•Analyze sales data for appropriate size scales, provide feedback on samples, monitor vendor WIP to ensure timely delivery, and create and implement problem solving strategies as issues arise • Manage printable blanks inventory and finished good production domestically and internationally • Develop seasonal printable blank forecasts and buying strategy for numerous styles/fits • Work with sales and SMU development departments to create high volume, quick turn products •Determine optimal shipping method to meet sales deadlines and maximize profit • Creative problem solving to handle any QC issues

•Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment • Prepare and wire payments and check requests to vendors • Correspond with both domestic and international suppliers regarding payment and/or billing errors • Maintain up to date statements for all vendors • Audit employee transactions, documentation and approval of purchases using company credit cards
