TEAM MANAGER I was responsible for riders : -their trainings, -preparation of the track, -riders sponsors, -riders appearance, -diet, -trips, -championsips

The tasks that I have performed in the agency Sportainment is primarily conducting social media (the agency itself, as well as individual events). In addition, I was looking for sponsors and partners for events such as: DIVERSE Night of the Jumps and Diverse Downhill Contest. What is more, I organized press conferences, competitions, elections MISS MISS Supercross and FMX Poland, photo sessions or event afterparty. During the events I took care of riders (from planning theur arrival at the event to drop off at the airport after the race) . I was responsible for " KIDS RACE '' ( care of 18 athletes between the ages of 4 - 8 years). At the same time I was working on all the social media before, after and during the event.

I was resposible for riders ( their trip, flights, hotel and food) and their bikes ( I was looking for perfect bikes, parts and mechanics). What is more I was head manager of kids race ( 22 kids) and I took care of our Monster Energy girls. At the end I was resposiable for SUPERCROSS AFTERPARTY

At that time, the position requires the ability to work in a group and work under a lot of pressure due to the nature of the event which was SUPERENDURO - WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP . I was the team leader, who had only 48 hours to build the track for the event. Due to the work with many people from technical workers to the best riders of the globe it was extremely important to have communication skills and be able to work with often crisis
