Carver C5 Trucks

A totally unique product for the skate market.  The street surf trucks combine a surf-style turning radius with a lower profile height making these ideal for blending flowing turns and street-style tricks. Fully designed for production including complex parting line geometry.

The only high-performance plastic skateboard on the market. Made from 100% recycled nylon sourced from discarded fishing nets. The injection molding process allowed us to realize a more dynamic concave shape compared to traditional wooden boards, providing an unmatched feel underfoot. It's also lighter and stronger than wooden boards.

Skylon Skylock Board Racks

Redesigned complete line of wakeboard and wakesurf board racks for Skylon Sports. These top of the line board racks offer a more secure cradle for boards and are easier to use than competitors' products. They also include added functionality not found on other racks - lifejacket hangers, flag holders and the ability to lock boards into the racks using a standard MasterLock.

•Design, test and verify production of complex mechanical assemblies 
•Develop tooling fixtures for CNC machining production parts
•Coordinate with overseas suppliers

•Work with designers to develop mechanical solutions to problems while maintaining the aesthetic integrity 
•Create highly detailed 3D models for rapid prototyping as well as high volume production
