Built the Vuori inbound logistics and offshore 3pl logistics team. Distribution Center Manager

2006 – 2007

Managed the launch of a new 100,000 square foot distribution center. Organized and supervised move in, layout and set up of a large distribution center warehouse. Hired and directed a team of 25 to staff warehouse, determined bulk pallet racking and bin locations, worked with IT team to set warehouse locations in ERP system, developed metrics for operations and labor requirements, and developed inbound and outbound logistics schedules. Worked across multiple departments to ensure efficient and cost effective DC operations

LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

Managed the placing and fulfilling of service parts requests orders for all West Coast Toyota Dealers. Scheduled shipments on a daily basis, forecasting delivery times and filing claims on damaged or missing shipments. Identified and resolved discrepancies in supply chain. Maintained a detailed logistics database as well as a materials recycling program. Worked closely with warehouse personnel and managers to fulfill requests and monitor inventory levels.
