•Executed five trade shows annually in Long Beach, CA, New York, Miami as well as in Las Vegas, NV. 

•Directly managed our Agenda tier one “Bell Brand” clients which accounted for 50% of yearly revenue.
 
•Helped company evolve into the most diverse and creative lifestyle fashion trade show in the world.
 
•Exceeded attendance by 50% while managing launch of the first ever “Agenda Festival Day” (14,000 consumers attended).

•Drove revenue growth 150% over 4 years. 

•Spearheaded innovative additions to the existing show, including “The Break” a founder-interview content series and “Agenda Emerge” content creation initiative.

•Achieved consistent global brand message after launching a re-branding initiative.

•Worked with and participated in PPR Sports and Lifestyle/Luxury Division transition and team training.

•Reduced internal costs to 20% of existing budget after restructuring department.

•Signed key athletes in both traditional and action sports markets to endorsement contracts.

•Spearheaded major cause-marketing campaigns, including a brand partnership with the “Movember” global organization to support cancer awareness. 

•Negotiated and executed major event sponsorships, including the first ever Volcom Fiji Pro. 

•Re-defined the company’s branding identity and drove product integration at the retail level.

VP of Global Marketing

•Member of Executive Team that increased company sales from $85 million to $200 million, including successfully taking the company public with an IPO on July 20, 2011, (NASDAQ “SKUL”).
 
•Developed presentation materials for sales, Board of Directors and executive strategy meetings, as well as QBR reporting. 

•Expanded the brand and company footprint to connect Utah offices to California, including selecting, building out and managing a functional satellite office for the Marketing Division. 

•Managed both domestic and global Skullcandy demand creation/marketing efforts, including marketing strategy development; innovative and “disruptive” idea planning; and driving tactical execution. 

•Led development and execution of all marketing events. 

•Facilitated post-mortem analysis meetings to measure effectiveness of activations. 

•Created and implemented “Event one sheet proposal,” a template for personnel in the Marketing Department and rep sales force to pre-analyze the rationale behind proposed event participation.

•Defined the vision for online, print, POP imaging, consumer catalog and retail marketing aligned with company objectives and allocated budgets. 

•Hired and worked consistently with outsourced PR firm to achieve objectives.  

•Analyzed NPD data to monitor macro-economic trends, consumer purchasing data, demographic habits and competitive landscape. 

•Created a Marketing “Demand Creation Brief” to provide an overview of marketing strategy to reach all relevant consumer touch points.
