I am a passionate, purpose-driven creative leader that sits confidently and successfully at the crossroads of technology and culture, driving success across diverse creative teams. With over 10 years of experience as a Creative Director, I navigate the creative strategy, vision, workflow, and development of human-centered end-to-end customer experiences that directly impact brand affinity, revenue growth, sales opportunities, and winning new business. I effectively structure, scale and lead creative talent to develop disruptive, relevant, award-winning solutions that meet business objectives, and help brands stand out in challenging, saturated markets across digital and traditional channels.  

Aligning creative strategy with business objectives, I drive measurable marketing results, strengthening brand presence and competitive position across all web, digital, video, paid and organic social, traditional, and experiential mediums, driving discovery, engagement, and trust for end-to-end customer experiences. I navigate the conceptualization and development of brand identity systems, brand strategy, brand + product naming, art direction, video production, photo shoots, events, conference exhibit & experiential design at the strategic and executional level. In a recent Creative Director role, I supported company revenue growth from $250 million to $700 million in 5 years.

Reporting to the CEO, I served as E-Commerce Creative Lead for MedCline.com, managing Art Directors, UX/UI, Copywriters, and contract talent, evolving brand presence and aligning creative strategy with business objectives to drive D2C sales. Working closely with Developers, Marketing, and external agencies, I led the ideation and execution of data-driven, human-centered design across all web, digital, video, and paid social, driving discovery, engagement, and trust for end-to-end customer experiences.

SENIOR CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As Head of Creative for the in-house agency, I navigated creative strategy, visual design, messaging, brand evolution, and integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in the health care, fitness and wellness spaces for a branded house + house of brands.

Key Achievements:
• Directly impacted revenue growth from $265 - $700 million

• Built a team of 15 made up of Designers, Writers, and Production Managers into a World-Class Creative In-House Agency

• Worked closely with UX/UI + Developers to create end-to-end customer experiences across all web, digital, social, experiential, video, and traditional at the strategic and executional level

• Garnered 125 Creative + Marketing Industry Awards

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Leading a team of 10 Visual Designers, UX/UI, and Production staff, I navigated creative strategy, messaging, visual design, production and project management. I directed and maintained the visual aesthetic and holistic sensibility of Stone’s brand identity across web, digital, social media, merchandise, point of sale, packaging, environmental graphics, and photography. Collaborated with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Operations, Events, and Executive Leadership to support business growth.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR (CONTRACT)

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor of Communications, I hired, managed, and mentored a team of 10 Designers, Writers, and Production Managers. I drove creative strategy, vision, and execution for all digital, web, paid social media, TV, and traditional channels, supporting nine affiliate universities.

Key Achievements:
• Increased leads, admissions and university profitability

• Elevated the quality of advertising through integrated design and messaging, with a strong focus on brand identity and creative strategy

• Garnered over 50 Creative + Marketing awards, including 3 Emmy Awards for TV Commercials

• Developed Paid Social Media campaigns that surpassed industry benchmarks (CTR+CPC) on Twitter and Facebook

• Instituted new creative processes, fostering a collaborative culture, increasing efficiency and productivity

• Restructured departmental hierarchy for career development, peer-to-peer leadership, and succession

Creative lead for the $3 Billion Jack in the Box brand, I was responsible for driving visual design, Jack personality and voice across all digital and tradition channels, including national ad campaigns, social media, OOH, direct mail, in-store decor, packaging, signage, uniforms, and corporate communication.

• Collaborated with branding agency to develop new logo

• Led branding design efforts, developing brand elements used to create new building exterior design, interior decor, signage, Marketing and package design for new JBX concept

• Hired, mentored, and managed creative team

• Collaborated with Product + Regional Marketing Managers to support sales campaigns and new product launches
