I have been working in sales and marketing for 25 plus years with a passion rooted in experience and expertise in servicing the skateboard community. The skateboard culture of creativity, risk taking and freedom has left a footprint on pop culture including fashion, music, gaming and film. I  offer knowledge and know how of this market to brands who are looking to enter not only the skateboarding market, but the outdoor enthusiast, health & wellness and rad lifestyle market in general.







Event coordinator: responsible for organizing special events, such as launch parties and skateboarding competitions. Select dates, scout locations, make accommodations and maintain budget. Develop the program for each event, delegate tasks to on-site staff members and monitor the event as it takes place to ensure it's successful. Invoice clients, select vendors and approve payments.

Social media: help develop digital marketing strategies to promote products and services.  Work with companies in a wide range of industries, including skateboarding. Creative professionals are responsible for developing content that represents our brand. Taking photos, filming videos, writing copy and developing graphics. Also identify target audiences, respond to customer inquiries and place digital advertisements.

Marketing managers:  implement brand guidelines for our organization. Develop marketing strategies, identify target audiences, create pricing strategies and monitor market trends. Work with companies that produce skateboarding products or host skateboarding competitions. Collaborate with promotional managers, public relations specialists and advertisers to create cohesive messaging across multiple platforms and mediums.

SALES!! help increase  revenue by encouraging potential customers to purchase products and services. Educating customers about products and services and processing payments. 

SALES MANAGEMENT
Oversee and execute all aspects of wholesale, e-commerce and retail sales
Establish growth goals for new accounts by week/month/quarter/year
Identify, engage and activate new accounts according to internal strategy and policy Train sales reps on product, brand history, and sales philosophy/technique
Make purchasing recommendations according to strategy and goals/projections
MARKETING MANAGEMENT
Manage and facilitate corporate communications
Skate Team development and management
Manage advertising traffic across all media outlets
Maintain Press File/Archive
Management of social media and all digital channels
Email Marketing management
Maintain growth of email database from info@, POS, newsletter, BRC, etc. Ensure Mail Chimp and media blasts for all relevant communication Product launches, celebrity visits, sales, events, etc.
WEB SITE / E-COMMERCE
Update product photos, team info, blog updates, image galleries, press, etc. Ensure and confirm e-commerce order process, execution and completion Continual customer service as necessary
