This is a small company where I am one of 6 employees. I am the cheif marketing officer as well as the office/admin manager. I handle all social media marketing, write a monthly blog, update the company website regularly, correspond with clients, assist with the hiring & training of employees, set up all new employees on our payroll system, schedule meetings, answer phones, file documents, receive payments, make bank deposits, write work orders & invoices, handle vendor relations, daily bookkeeping, marketing, run vendor booths and attend events on the company's behalf. I research marketing trends, interact with and respond to clients daily, answering client questions, lead small groups of employees through projects and assist in sales as well. Small company means wearing a lot of hats! I'm great at multitasking, prioritizing and checking off lists! Give me too much to do and I'll get it done.
