Graphic designer —> interpreter —> digital design/UX design. 
A creative and detail-oriented specialist with 9 years of professional graphic/visual design experience, possessing expertise in several areas including solving UX (user experience) issues with navigating through the website/apps, designing user-friendly kiosk/signage for users, creating branding/corporate identity, designing corporate marketing collaterals/retail promotion products, responsible for creating the visual design from concept sketch to completion. Increasing levels of responsibility involving strategic targeting, corporate design consistency, complex project management, and production quality control. I’ve learned the vital impact of content and visual design for users to stay focused and engaged, and user accessibility tactics to provide more inclusive service for all users.

• Interpreting medical calls from Providence hospitals, Oregon care, WA apple care, St. Vincente hospital, doctor’s office visits, Medicaid/Medicare calls, pre-op procedure instruction calls to ensure customer understand restriction. Redesigning Darma's marketing materials to prioritize both accessibility and a unified brand experience. All materials adhered to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards, ensuring inclusivity for users with disabilities. This focus on accessibility goes together with maintaining a cohesive design aesthetic across all pieces. This consistency strengthens Darma's brand identity and fosters a seamless user experience, regardless of the medium.

Redesigning web banner for employee’s training materials, webinar info for web site, E-mail marketing template design.

Redesigning logo/branding concept from scratch, conduct competitive research, defining/solving UX/user navigation pain point issue with log in/sign in page, working with native react app developer for UX app and UI Web landing page, sign up. UI Visual designer

Designed/code HTML template email newsletters for non-profit organization in CA. They use Mailchimp but all of their email ended up in spam or trash folder. HTML templates worked well as direct email marketing plan for Gmail.  (Adobe Illustrator, Figma,Visual Studio code).
