Community Marketing Intern

As a selling supervisor my responsibilities include helping the store exceed sales and productivity goals through training, coaching, and motivating sales associates on professional selling skills, developing customer relationships, and training on outdoor product technology. I also perform sales floor observations of associates, track/report their individual sales goals, and maintain store merchandising standards. Other responsibilities of mine include retail operations, processing shipment, and restocking inventory duties.
