• Responsible for fit, print and overall fabrication of underwear. • Approve all sublimation, reactive, water base and plastisol prints. • Approve all and track SMS. • Develop and enforce seasonal calendar. • Develop detailed WIP & raw material reports. • Trim development. • Attend weekly meetings for production update. • Submit and maintain cut tickets and purchase orders to vendors. • Create China ready techpacks in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. • Work with local production factories for “Made in USA” full package production. • Review packing lists and invoices to ensure pricing accuracy.
