Reviewed customer-supplied art and creation of in-house tech packs for hand-off to print vendors. 
Prepared headwear & knitwear tech packs for overseas vendors.

Management of complete production process from concept, and design through to production and delivery to the client.

Serving the production needs of marquee clients, I led a team of 50 employees from first concept to final delivery to client. Producing everything from tees and fleece to headwear and custom knitwear.

Provided clients with transparent daily and weekly WIP reports to improve production accountability and increase client trust. 
Responsible for 4 departments of 35+ employees, including pre-production, purchasing, production, and finishing.
