Vice-President Finance

• Promoted to assist in the day-to-day general management (second in command) of this  century-old civil engineering and land surveying organization. Notable projects included  Dodger Stadium renovations, USC Galen Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall and LA Live 
•Managed all administrative operations including Accounting, Human Resources,  Legal, Insurance, Information Technology and Facilities with eight direct reports, including a  Vice-President.  
• Built and maintained strong bank relationships to increase working capital lines of credit and equipment financing.
• Advised CEO on all contracts with third parties including those regarding strategic partnerships.  
• Opened two new satellite offices, one through acquisition and one through organic growth.  
• Oversaw the search, managed the tenant improvement build-out (20,000sf+) and relocation of the corporate headquarters.
