In 2010 I received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management with a minor in Mechanical Engineering as well as earning my Entrepreneurial Certificate from McGuire Center of Entrepreneurship through the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona.

•Manage all business and production aspects relating to RoadRash Board Co.
•Design and manufacture custom longboards and apparel 
•Use Autodesk Inventor  to design custom tool paths 
•Design and construct custom longboard lamination press 
•Create custom screen print press for concave boards
•Optimize printing and lamination processes for fabrication of longboards 
•Identify and assess overseas component suppliers
•Solicit sales through innovative marketing efforts

•Maintain customer satisfaction through continuous improvements based on feedback 
•Creation of  custom graphics via Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 
•Use of carbon fiber to reinforce deck designs

•Plan prepare execute and analyze testing for performance categories in apparel, footwear, and accessories
•Identify key testing objectives and provide required data to improve product performance
•Document, organize and summarize fit and wear testing results and other pertinent findings
•Identifies and manages fit and wear testing partners

•Cross-Trained on laboratory procedures as well as industry testing and standards (AATCC, SATRA, ASTM)
•Completed textile, footwear, accessory testing (Raw Materials thru End Use)
•Maintained workflow and reviewed laboratory practices to ensure teamwork was utilized and lab calibrations were met 
•Ensured proper use of sensitive testing equipment
