Responsible for leading Engineering and R&D teams to achieve company goals for new product development in motorcycle exhaust manufacturing. Develop and improve product development processes including physical prototyping, tooling development, and engineering for lean manufacturing. Experienced in managing daily workflow for multiple project teams in a changing environment while developing solutions to design and manufacturing issues through problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

2011 – 2013

Design consulting services including graphic design and advertising layout. Limited-production furniture design, product design, and motorcycle design services. Product and film set photography with advanced image editing and services.

Complex project management role, planning and coordinating design, engineering, and fabrication resources in collaboration with clients on entertainment, automotive, and aerospace projects. Senior Designer

Honda R&D Americas, Inc.

1998 – 2008

Lead Designer position in the design and development of Honda motorcycles, ATV’s and watercraft. Responsibilities included concept development, prototype and model fabrication, ideation sketching, and color and graphic development for Powersports products. Involved directly in Product Planning as well as manufacturing, providing design input and technical specification and test support. Also conducted research in new technologies for applications to manufacturing.
