Responsible for monitoring all operational activities of the Supply Chain Launch Readiness team, specifically for the company’s first Alzheimer’s treatment, Aduhelm (aducanumab). Facilitates cross-functional alignment and team efficiency by guiding weekly work sessions with department leaders in Quality, Internal & External Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Artwork, and Asset Leaders to monitor progress of launch deliverables against project timelines. • Led the planning and execution of “mock launch” exercises for various departments to test robustness of systems and processes, which ultimately led to a smooth commercial launch of the product. • Delivered biweekly communication of project status to senior leadership, primarily using a custom Smartsheet dashboard • Spearheaded creation of a tracking tool to monitor the status of aducanumab at each phase of production, improving the launch team’s visibility to when product would be available for actions such as QC release, movement between internal warehouses & manufacturing sites, delivery to external CMOs, and final delivery to our 3PL partners. • Mapped all aducanumab-related supply chain & manufacturing projects to provide workstream leads with visibility to guide decision-making on project prioritization, resource requirements, capital investments, and material & capacity availability. Post launch of Aduhelm in July 2021, have transferred to Biogen's Biosimilars team, helping to manage due diligence projects that evaluate new products and external partnerships, with the ultimate purpose of recommending the pursuit or rejection of those new opportunities to leadership.

• Built & guided the newly created Apparel & Accessories Sourcing team, successfully integrating this new group into the broader Product Creation team by creating its roles & responsibilities to align with those of the existing Production and Development teams. • Collaborated within the Apparel Sr. Leadership team and with key suppliers to transform and implement ASICS’ product creation timeline that clarified key milestones, reduced unnecessary buffer time, and improved overall speed to market. • Transformed ASICS’ domestic sublimated garment supply chain strategy by onboarding two new supply partners who allowed us to expand our product offering, reduce product leadtime, and lower total COGS by over 30%. • Cultivated the company’s global apparel sourcing vision, working in unison with our regional lead offices in Japan and Europe to create and implement strategies aimed at achieving sourcing & production excellence.

• Built the Apparel Sourcing & Development teams and processes from scratch, ultimately giving the company a greater ability to more effectively develop & procure product with new vendors. • Collaborated daily with Creative Director, COO, and Ownership, presenting and defending all sourcing and demand planning strategies to ensure executive level buy-in prior to execution. • Successfully co-led the company’s initiative to create and implement and a product creation timeline, spanning from initial concept through delivery to customer. • Diversified the company’s apparel source base from two factories based solely in Peru to more than twenty factories located in Peru, China, Honduras, Indonesia, Guatemala, Korea, Pakistan, Portugal, and the United States. • Worked with vendors and Domestic Production team to create “quick turn” replenishment programs for all core blank styles, reducing total leadtimes from 90-120 days down to 45 days. • Researched and implemented Optitex 3D sample creation software within the Development team to expedite the sample creation process, minimizing sample production costs for the company and vendors, and improving speed-to-market capabilities. • Provided supply chain consultation as part of the company’s initial entry into the licensed socks market, and led the onboarding of our main sock supplier. • Leading the Development and Sourcing efforts of the company’s entry into the mid-tier retail market, which is projected to double apparel sales within 2 years.

• Responsible for managing the textile supply chain to ensure year-round product availability, support continuous product quality improvements, and drive yearly reductions in total cost. • Monitored key textile raw material component costs to validate supplier pricing and assisted Director of Procurement in establishing yearly departmental savings goals. • Developed and tracked SLAs for newly launched products that outlined the expected first year sales and provided guidance to Purchasing teams on stock volumes to procure and maintain within that time frame. • Contributed to the creation and implementation of Supply Chain KPI’s, Supplier Evaluation processes, Product Specification documentation, and Product Quality improvements. • Introduced a secondary supplier for t-shirts that capitalized on NAFTA eligibility to offset a projected $180,000 price increase from original supplier over a twelve month period.
