I enjoy building strategies with existing resources as an individual effort, as well as within a team environment. Successfully led large and small organizations, groups, and teams throughout educational and professional career thus far. Posses the ability to solve problems no matter the situation large or small, personal, or operational. Believe in the existence of creativity in the work place, and appreciate creative solutions through individual accounts or team efforts. Maintain ability to be organized through strong work ethic helping define the trajectory of a strategic plan. Savor the opportunity to meet and exceed expectations of clients, peers, and customer accounts alike. I believe to have prosperous client and colleague relationships one must be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry
