- Oversee account teams for hospitality and resort real estate clientele, including global brands and boutique properties - Lead all aspects of client activity: develop creative, strategic media campaigns that align with client goals; develop annual PR plans with targeted KPIs; collect feedback and monitor results; compile reports and ROI/exposure summaries, etc. - Build and maintain key media and influencer relationships; organize and escort FAMs; secure top-tier individual media visits; host media events; conduct media tours and appointments on behalf of clients and the agency - Generate high-visibility coverage that ultimately drives sales, including impactful press around CSR efforts and other brand tenants, thought leadership profiles, trend pieces, destination spotlights, etc. - Provide social media counsel and assist with other digital marketing needs - Monitor industry trends and coordinate strategic third-party brand partnerships - New business task force: sourcing leads, presenting to ownership groups, etc. - Manage multiple junior team members, providing ongoing coaching and guidance - Won two HSMAI Adrian Gold Awards, including a launch campaign and feature placement in The New York Times, among other awards
