I led the creative campaign for Rockwell, which included social media, video and search ads. 

I've held leadership roles in marketing, communications, product development, video production, administrative assistance and customer service throughout my career. Every role has required organization, project management, developing collaborative relationships, overseeing projects from concept to launch, and customer service. Careers ebb, flow, grow and even do a full circle. The constants in my life are: I love to snowboard, surf, paddle board, hike, camp, race BMX, mountain bike and practice yoga. Project manage the creative production of client’s digital marketing campaigns, from brief to inception. Cultivate relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact. 
Lead a team of sales leads, digital ad specialists, graphic designers, copywriters, social media specialists, reporting specialists and videographers to onboard, create, launch and maintain digital marketing campaigns. 
Create deadlines, assign tasks, manage task completion and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Improved nine low performing Google Ad Grant accounts 75 percent by maximizing the $10,000 per month spend, clicks, impressions and events.

Yes, a mom really holds all those titles and much more. My husband received an amazing promotion that required our family to move from San Diego to Salt Lake City. Since he had to start his new position immediately, my job was to settle our family into our new home, school and city. 

However, that did not mean I sat on my laurels and did nothing. I put my skills to use and volunteered for the PTA, in my children's classrooms, at our local BMX track and at Best Friends Animal Society. I joined social clubs that focused on snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking to meet others with similar passions. I even became a board member of the PTA and WomenMTB (a women's mountain biking club).

• Wrote and distributed daily e-newsletters. Maintained content calendars and contact lists for targeted messaging.

Promoted to project manage new e-commerce affiliate and retail merchandising programs from inception to delivery. 
• Led project management meetings and status calls. Developed collaborative relationships with internal departments and external vendors. 
• Vetted 100+ vendors. Negotiated 30 contracts, which included customer discounts and franchisee referral fees, with chosen vendors. Onboarded vendors and owned relationships to ensure program growth. 
• Project managed the design, coordination, and execution of the printed in-store displays, digital marketing material and onboarding/training information from brief to delivery.
• Produced a tradeshow at the 2014 National Convention, two business expos with the Arizona Diamondbacks and ten regional meetings to support the market launch. Coordinated logistics, key-note speakers, and professional baseball player appearances.
• Project managed a merchandising partnership with OfficeMax, which included turn-key ordering solutions and in-store signage to ensure consistency throughout the network and increase sales. Led research efforts and exceeded test center goal by 43 percent.
• Maintained weekly status reports and KPI benchmarks reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 

Product Development Supervisor, Strategic Partnerships

Project managed the creative production of 30+ retail-ready marketing kits, from brief to delivery, for 4,500 retail locations and 85-co-ops. Kits included in-store POP displays, digital advertising campaigns, and training materials. 
• Served as primary contact for intake of creative requests for multiple internal departments and external agency partners to execute campaigns and projects on time and within the $1.4M marketing budget.
• Worked with creative team on a daily basis and communicated with internal and external partners. 
• Built-out and maintained campaign calendars to support and align promotional and seasonal initiatives. 
• Wrote content for e-mail campaigns, promotions, and training materials. 
• Maintained, organized, and tagged marketing elements for digital library to optimize franchisee access, specific customization and downloading. 
• Developed and presented marketing solutions to educate franchisees on how to drive more revenue at regional networking meetings and the 2014 International Convention.

My initial role with The UPS Store HQ was a customer-facing role where I oversaw 70+ Fortune 500 corporate accounts. I launched oversight of new accounts and managed the integration with accounting systems and shipping/supply chain sales.

I supported Sales Managers by devising plans to optimize processes which improved efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of work order processes related to multi-million dollar accounts, thus enhancing these client relationships.
