- Execute floor sets and adjust based on visual merchandising strategies, inventory levels, and business needs
- Manage replenishment procedures and stockroom processing  to drive performance and productivity
- Recruit, hire, and develop associates to meet brand and customer service standards
- Understand customer shopping habits and fashion trends to train associates on product knowledge
