VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

•	Oversaw the US national wholesale specialty business in the men’s, women’s and kids footwear categories, as well as, the launch of the TOMS handbag category.
•	Managed and led the national sales team of 25 individuals including regional account managers, account executives and account coordinators.
•	Projected and managed budgets for P&L for each of the sales team positions, T&E, tradeshows, seasonal inventory and regional showrooms.  
•	Implemented ‘best practices’ for the US sales team surrounding RA/swaps, cancellations, credit approvals, new account approvals, diverting, order minimums, freight discounts and online selling.
•	Worked cross-functionally to strengthen marketing, design, customer service, credit, and planning relationships, creating synergy among teams and improving efficiency 
•	Developed global distribution hierarchy and first segmented product-tiering structure for assortment expansions.
