Currently, I manage our key account's mobile app and web projects from ideation to completion. I lead weekly client meetings, gather business/project requirements and communicate to all cross-functional teams (external and internal). Work closely with the Creative teams to ensure client requests are met while keeping our initial design. In addition to managing our key account, I manage the Business Analyst Team, company's accounts receivables and client budgets. 

Since joining Station, I've initiated the incorporation of business processes to help improve efficiencies and reduce unnecessary labor costs. My current goal, alongside client retention and business development is to increase employee awareness and communication throughout the company.
