• Continuous building and developing of the Procurement / Logistics Team overseeing the Logistics / Inventory Specialist and Procurement Specialists; working collaboratively between Upper Management, Sales, Graphics, Production, Shipping, and Accounting Teams to efficiently build the Company’s products for success. • Create ongoing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) between the Procurement / Logistics Team as well as between collaborating Departments. • Active Sourcing of new factories and products based on the instantly changing market demands for large format print products, hardware, and promotional goods in the Event, Promotions, and Marketing Industry. Vetting is based on factory collaboration, product type, pricing, manufacturing location, production / shipping lead times, and compliance. • Analyze current and new products by RFQ requests to factories, reviewing and updating products to make sure they are cost effective, competitive, up to date, and relevant for the business. • Daily purchase order creation and tracking through the Company’s ERP system, orders sent to the factories and local vendors through email and vendor portals. Monitoring of payments, invoicing, and shipment tracking of those orders through to fruition whether it be a development sample order, preproduction order, or a bulk production order shipped by DHL / FEDEX, container, or LCL shipment. • Monitor inventory levels of all products based on data and reports through the Company’s ERP system, and purchasing where needed to make sure replenishment was being ordered according to minimum/ maximum thresholds placed on products. • Oversee the Production Calendar to make sure to fulfill customer orders within a timely manner, considering production lead times, inventory, and Factory holiday schedules. Pivoting production locations to other factories or producing domestically where needed to make sure demands and calendar timelines are still being met to our customer’s satisfaction.

• Partnered with Factories to provide a compilation of best practice ethical audit techniques covering the Sedex SMETA four pillars of Labor, Health and Safety, Environment and Business Ethics. Audited all Factories annually and meticulously followed up on any corrective actions required. • Prepared and maintained all compliance certificates relative to children’s products, toys, and food contact items (COCs, CPCs, GCCs, DOCs) and all other associated test reports from our approved 3rd party lab. • Collaborated with our approved 3rd party lab establishing and updating the company’s product specific testing protocols. • Analyzed all materials and finished products to ensure adherence to compliance requirements for international regulations such as CPSIA, REACH, and California Proposition 65. • Actively supported the Design, Pre-Production, and Production Teams in seasonal line review to ensure product were being built to succeed while maintaining quality, design, cost, and sustainability goals.

• Spearheaded trim and components development, production, and supply chain operations for packaging, appliqués, heat transfers, woven labels, and hardware. • Established company trim and component inventory from scratch, overseeing thousands of SKUs across multiple US distribution centers and international factories/subcontractors. • Cultivated and managed productive partnerships with on and offshore trim/component vendors. • Closely monitored works in progress (WIPs) and continually updated dashboards. • Introduced multiple standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Collaboratively developed and launched the components and trim for the 2018 NHL Fanatics Branded Breakaway jersey and NBA Fanatics Branded Fastbreak replica jersey.

• Led comprehensive cost, production scheduling, and vendor analyses for bulk trim purchasing. • Negotiated with suppliers to source and develop belts, necklaces, brooches, appliques, crochet/lace pieces, buttons, and zippers according to defined standards and budget. • Tracked average of 1K messages daily between suppliers and merchandisers to ensure product development aligned with goals, requirements, and schedules. • Significantly streamlined purchase order tracking and delivery by devising multiple solutions in Oracle EBS following company’s transition from Microsoft Excel. • Championed successful negotiations with three top vendors to slash costs on hundreds of SKUs by more than 20%. • Continually sought to improve products by remaining informed of competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging market needs and communicated product concepts from domestic and overseas accessory and trim business partners to Sales and Marketing teams.

• Initially onboarded as Chief Liaison with international factories, and advanced to serve as an integral member of the Production Department. • Partnered with other associates to seamlessly coordinate production budgeting, purchasing, and logistics functions. • Assembled and submitted pre-production costing packages to network of import factories to ensure product costs aligned with corporate mandates. • Supported merchandising team in creating innovative design concepts which accurately reflected brand and vision. • Issued purchase orders to fulfil product supply and manufacturing needs.
