Monitoring of payments, invoicing, and shipment tracking of those orders through to fruition whether it be a development sample order, preproduction order, or a bulk production order shipped by DHL / FEDEX, container, or LCL shipment. • Monitor inventory levels of all products based on data and reports through the Company’s ERP system, and purchasing where needed to make sure replenishment was being ordered according to minimum/ maximum thresholds placed on products. • Oversee the Production Calendar to make sure to fulfill customer orders within a timely manner, considering production lead times, inventory, and Factory holiday schedules. Pivoting production locations to other factories or producing domestically where needed to make sure demands and calendar timelines are still being met to our customer’s satisfaction.
