• Represent Ruhof, an infection control technology company, as a Market Research Analyst through Medsales Advisors
• Conducted research on Ruhof’s Mid-Atlantic hospital market, based on 6 monthly sales reports to identify purchasing trends, for the top 5 products, top 7 hospital customers, and highest grossing products
• Drafted 5 sales lead emails to 5 different hospitals, promoting Ruhof’s latest product launch, the Pull Thru endoscopic cleaning device
• Piloted 3 follow-up phone call leads about the Pull Thru product, yielding 2 product demonstration appointments at hospitals in the DC-Metropolitan Area

• Answer Questions via email from 19 students in English 394 (Business Writing), and prioritize them for Professor Jonathan Rick
