On April 15th, 2021, Cairn Inc. was acquired by Outside Interactive Inc. (formerly Pocket Outdoor Media.) - Established & maintained long term brand relations & managed product acquisition for monthly & quarterly subscription platforms. Managed 4-12 unique PO placements each month while navigating buying timelines and competitive vendor negotiations. - Curated strong monthly & quarterly collections of innovative outdoor gear. - Compiled and analyzed data & metrics to provide insights for brand partners & improve the overall experience for our community. - Owned sample management for the Outside e-commerce team across platforms. - Owned inventory goal management, budget, and maintained margins across subscription platforms.

- Instructed groups of up to 12 children on rock climbing technique, etiquette, and training in a gym setting for six weeks at a time. - Created climbing curriculum based on both group and individual needs, desires and skills in a way that fostered growth and progression.

- Instructed basic and intermediate technical skiing skills including but not limited to: flat ground footwork, stopping, turning, and speed control to youths aged 3-16. - Taught both group and private lessons to help clients improve skills on a variety of terrain both on and off piste.

- Part time customer service representative in the Icebreaker and Mons Royale merino wool clothing department. - Assisted customers within the camping, hiking, footwear, and bike departments.

- Coordinated elementary school, non-profit, and CSU affiliated groups use of the campus involving lodging, dining, and challenge course participation. - Led challenge course orientation courses including safety demonstrations and proper use of the courses elements while controlling the ropes for groups of 15-60 people at a time.
